• Email address — provided when you submit a report for analysis.
• Uploaded PDF files — the strata report you upload for analysis.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data — standard web analytics (pages visited, browser type, IP address).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and deliver your strata report analysis.
• Process payments via Stripe.
• Send you your analysis results via the web application.
• Improve our service and user experience.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your uploaded PDFs and analysis results are stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Uploaded files are stored on encrypted servers and are not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the analysis service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — for report analysis. Report text is sent to the Anthropic API for processing.

5. Data Retention

We retain your report data and analysis for 12 months so you can access your results. After this period, data may be deleted. You can request early deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights
