1. Service Description

StrataCheck provides AI-powered analysis of Australian strata inspection reports. The service extracts text from uploaded PDF documents and uses artificial intelligence to identify potential risks and provide a summary.

2. Not Professional Advice

StrataCheck is an informational tool only. The analysis provided does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should always consult a qualified strata lawyer, conveyancer, or building inspector before making property purchase decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis.

3. Payment & Refunds

Each analysis costs $39 AUD, payable via Stripe. Payment is required before analysis begins. Refunds are available if:

  • The analysis fails to complete due to a technical error on our end.
  • The uploaded document is not a strata report and we are unable to provide meaningful analysis.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase to support@stratacheck.com.au.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only upload documents you have the right to share.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Not upload malicious files or content.

5. Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may contain errors or miss issues. The quality of the analysis depends on the quality and completeness of the uploaded report. We make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of any analysis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrataCheck's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service ($39 AUD). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
